may be you have feeded the turtle a lot. thats why it keeps on sleeping. start feeding your turtle half of what your are feeding now. so that it will not starv and not over eat too. once it comes back to normal do a keen observation on its eating habits and feed it accordingly. if this dosnt help out consult a vet.
