soft shell n swollen eyes of my star turtle

i have a star turtle wit me 4rm past 8months.. it was fin ein the starting.. but sudenly frm past 3 to 4 months its becum very lazy nn her eyes r swollen... even her shell is becum soft.. how cn i make tat shell hard.. i m so scared.. pls help me soon wat cn i do.... her legs also have becum small.. she is nt able 2 walk prop.. they have also swollen... i will be waiting 4 ur reply.. pls reply soon n help me out... i want my turtle 2 ne normal again.... pls.... pls send me the name of the medicine n tell me how shud i feed her tat medicine.. n wat all measures i shud take too keep her healthy.... i have one more turtle.. but hsi healthy.. jus worried abt my female turtle,, pls send me te mail soon.... thank you
