soft shell

I have a murry river turtle and ever since I got it from the pet shop it has had a soft shell I have two other turtles from the same place and they are fine. Yes they are all feeding well and yes they bask under a uv light and a heat light i see them bask every day. What else is there ???????????? Please Help

are all of the turtles the same species. This is a big factor. Also, a soft shell is 98% of the time an extremely serious problem. You should ask a vet.

A soft shell is not good.

Maybe your turtle needs calcium.

Your Murry River Turtle needs to see a vet because there could be a different problem that only a vet who can see your turtle can diagnose.
