stiff legs on a star tortoise

my star tortoise tends to get stiff legs very often...does not walk much either...

 Stiff legs and not eating

Did you find any solution for this problem? I am having same problem with my tortoise. He has stopped eating also. I am really worried. Any suggestions please share.
