Sulcata Anus?

I have a six year old sulcata. Its anus (im guessing) under the tail is enlarged. It appears that something is coming out but nothing protruding.

Is it laying eggs or what else causes this?

Hi,
U should not be worried about your turtle.
The male Turtles often pull their reproductive organ out.
Nothing to worry about, he is totally fine
