sulcata tortoise eliminate a plastic bag?

there is something that looks like a plastic bag coming out of my son's sulcata's rear end. he keeps telling me its a plastic bag but i can't imagine he would have eaten a whole bag. do you know what it possibly could be?

its tortoises penis do not try pulling it out thinking its a plastic bag think you should read up on tortoises before its to late to many people havent a clue yet purchase tortoises tortoises need high fibre diets hope you no that

Our sulcata once ate an entire plastic bag. We of course had no idea until my husband discovered it halfways out of her when she pooped. She is outside in the yard and eats anything she finds. Rude neighbors need to make sure they throw their trash away properly!!

Or it could be a plastic bag. A turtle can certainly eat a bag -- depending of course on how big each is.
