Sulcata tortoise having abnormal face specially behind jaws or you can say ears

Hi.. I have 7 to 8 very small sulcata tortoise since 6 months. At first they were very active & fine. Just yesterday i noticed that all these tortoise have the deformed face specially on one side of ear or behind the jaws.

I really do not know what exactly has happened. Im an english guy staying in a franco phone country (senegal). Here is difficult for vets to give a solution.

Please help me.
