sulcata tortoise symptoms

my name is mallory knight, i have a sulcata tortoise, and he is about 7 months old. I recently changed his diet, i tried feeding him mustard greens, and collard greens and he has been acting really strange. He hasnt moved around as much, closes his eyes alot, has spots on his skin that are flakey, and barely eats now. i was curious to what i can do for him, or how i can make him better. i soaked im in warm water and he had a really runny discharge, what should i do? thanks, mallory
