I have been to vet, and he gave me some medicine but it's not helping. My RES have stopped eating, does not swim, less activities, and does not open her eyes.

Your pet has two problems and really needs to see a vet. The respiratory infection probably needs antibiotics. What the eyes will need depends on how bad the problem is.
Either this animal was sick when you got it, or there is some problem with its care. When you see the vet, be sure to talk about proper care and make any changes the vet recommends.
