tortoise is peeing a lot, clear urine

My 13 yr old tortoise came out of his man cave after six months, last week. He is now peeing several large puddles per day. Is this normal? It is clear urine.

Yes, but feed him he'll give you other presents,,,,be sure to soak him as well..
