Tortoise not eating or drinking!

I have recently purchased a two year old spur thighed tortoise,and it is refusing to eat. It is very active though will not look at any recommended food we offer it. This would be a day and a half that it has not eaten now.

 Lost claw

My spur thighed tortoise lost a claw during transportation! Can anyone confirm if a new one will grow?

First of all, be sure the tortoise is warm enough. Next, give your tortoise some time and space to adjust. Be sure food and water are available. Within a few days you should see the tortoise settling in.
