This is a problem for a vet. This is not something you can train just as you could not train an ill person to behave in a healthy way.

back legs stay still only front legs move by: izzi
Im a bit concerned about my baby tortoise her front legs move perfectly just she hardly uses her back legs is this usually what happen how can I train her to use the back legs

Any time your pet behaves in a way that makes you nervous, it's good to check to find what could be wrong. In this case, I think a visit to the vet is called for. A vet will make observations and ask questions to get at the bottom of the problem and will be able to give you advice specific to your pet.
