tortoise not responding

hi i bought my tortoise back in the house two weeks ago but she has not woken up is she still hibernating she is cold

This tortoise is problably dead. Just to be sure, put it in a warm soak, but keep its head out of the water. If you touch a limb and it doesn't respond, it's dead.
