A tortoise who is spending a lot of time in a burrow may be trying to cool off. Try lowering the temperature a degree or two to see if that helps. A tortoise needs warmth, but also a place to cool off.
Keep it slow and steady.

its between 80-90 in his cage....i wasnt to concerned about it, i just love my tortoise soooo much so thank you for your input!

peeing is perfectly normal after drinking, check the temperature of the habitat to make sure it isnt too old
