Unless your tortoise has an eye problem, do not bother with drops. If an eye problem develops, see a vet for the correct medication.

THAT COULD BE NATURAL,IF TORTOISE IS EATING AND BEHAVING NORMAL THEN NOT TO WORRY.
PLEASE TAKE CARE TO KEEP YOUR TORTOISE IN SHALLOW WATER [WATER LAVEL BELOW MOUTH].
