One of my tortoises has it's shell damaged around it's right rear leg. It's roughly from the tail round to the side of the leg. It doesn't seem to bother the tortoise as it was like this when I paid for it. So I'm guessing it might have been done some time. Will this grow back in time or will it remain the same?
