My CDTs do this after they have enjoyed walking and soaking in the sprinkler or when they get their fav special food treats....I observe it as being a positive enjoyable action.....wag on

when mine does that..... he is usaully getting ready to poop! he may be uncomfortable though down there and it might be something you would want to get checked out...but i would not worry tooo much about it.
