Tortoise woke up Walking backwards

I have just brought my 4 year old tortoise out of hibernation. All seems well, albeit he doesn't appear to have eaten or drunk anything yet, but he doesn't walk forwards, just backwards and round in circles. Should I be concerned?

Also, if he doesn't start eating and drinking, should I take him to the vet to perhaps get him checked over. I let him sit in a tepid bath most nights to ensure that he has fluid available if he wants it.

I woke him on Saturday evening. Today is Wednesday.
