my tortoise wont eat and also the eye now adays don't open. When i pick it up, the shell is getting softer. what should i do?

Your tortoise is very ill.
It is not getting enough sunlight and calcium. It is also in a generally poor state of health. If you want to save it, you will take it to a vet as soon as possible.
