My tortoise has a stuffy/bubbly nose. Is there anything I can do for her?

respiratory infection

Be sure your tortoise is warm enough. Don't overdo it, but do be sure there is a place for it to warm up.
And do see a vet.

take her to s vet, it is most likely a respiratory infection
