Hi i was wondering we have 2 hermans tortoise and have took them to the vet who said there 1 male and 1 female ( yessss ) he suggested we get them chipped ( which we will do ) and also to obtained certificates but im wondering we live in glasgow and was wondering wher to obtained these papers ? thanks
