Turtle Bleeding

Earlier, I noticed my turtle was bleeding when I had her out for a little bit since we dont have a sunlight ray bulb to put in her tank and I picked her up and she was bleeding. Later when I got back from my grandmaws, I picked her up do check on her and she opened her mouth and she was still bleeding... What does this mean?
