What does it mean if a fresh-water turtle can't dive?

Turtles don't drown because the water is too deep. If they drown, it's probably because they have no place to get out of the water when they need to.

I'm sorry that I don't know why your turtle isn't diving. Do you think it wants to? Or is it just uninterested in diving?

 dont put to much water

dont put to much water in the tank it could drown
