my red eared turtle fell from a high place and there was black stuff on its butt, but when i put it back in its box after a while it was gone, was that poop? and if so where did it go? it wasn't in her box.
I would watch him closely. I have a question? you said, turtle in his box. Their home should be an aquarium set up... It could be hurt internally.. It sounds strange. You did not mention how far he fell!? I would keep a close watch. make sure he is eating, swimming, basking out of water, all the normal activities. Watch for whatever you saw, if you see it again..I hope he is ok..sincerely, Susan.
