we just found a turtle and we dont know what type of turtle it is it has white spots on its body and shell help us please!!!!!

You didn't post a photo and didn't clarify what you mean by "all over body."
If you are really talking about a body covered in white spots, I would say it means trouble. You should see a vet. And you should do it soon. You could have a very sick animal on your hands.
