Turtle injuries, HELP FAST PLEASE!!!!!

My turtle got his tail and willy stuck in the pipe at the back of the tank, and i got them out of the pipe, but my turtle isn't moving, i don't know what to do! Will he be ok? Or should i take him to a vet?
