Turtle is sick

Why does my Baby Snapping Turtle have white masses on his feet and tail? I had 3 baby turtles in the past with the same thing and they died, they came with the white stuff so i thought it was normal, now my new one is developing the white masses I am afraid he will die too. Does anyone know what it is and how to treat it?

its fungus on your turtles body

Hi Laura! i read your question. i had faced the same problem when i had bought my first turtle. Laura really sorry to say that its fungus that has been developed on your turtles body. take your turtle to the vet as soon as possible. we even get certain liquid medicines in the market colored blue and yellow which are disinfectors and which are to be added to the tank water(you will get it from the fish aquariums). but if your turtle has a lot of fungus developed on its body then please take it to the vet. some tips that you can follow for your turtles safety are:- 1) store water for 2 to 3 days and then use it for the tank. 2) clean the tank immediately as soon as you see any dirt with the help of net. 3) change th ewater of the tank after every 3 to 4 days.

white masses on turtle feet

No, I don't know what it is, but if previous animals had this and died, you need to see a vet. My guess is that there is something wrong with the environment they live in. That's just a guess, though, and a vet can tell you what the white mass is and what causes it. You don't want to keep getting turtles and losing them.
