turtle just floats

my baby turtle just floats in the water. her back legs dangle and her front legs stay in. it wont swim and im not sure if its eating

proper care?

Are you providing the correct lighting? A turtle needs a light for basking (heat) and a light for UVB rays (to aid in digestion).
