Turtle Teaches Children to Be A Duck!

Turtle is my beloved puppet. He is part of a very special crew that helps teach children how to Be A Duck. Miss Janeen is an amazing teacher who teaches Kindergarten aged children how to raise their self-esteem and feel great about who they are, the way they are! Her program is called, "Be A Duck." As a duck is resilient to getting wet, children can be resilient to negativity. The children use their "Be A Duck" rules to protect themselves from put-downs, bullies, and being made fun of.

Turtle is great. He helps the children understand peer pressure and how to stand strong instead of ducking and hiding in their shells. We at Be A Duck truly love Turtle and are very grateful to have such a wonderful, compassionate, and caring creature on our team!
