Russian Tortoise! This is a small species. Adult females are 8-10". Males 6-8". Hope it helps!

There are regulations on which tortoises you are allowed to own in India. I suggest you contact a reputable zoo or your local tortoise rescue agency to find out what is possible. They may also point you in the direction of reputable sellers.
