What am i supposed to do!?

What am I supposed to do when im gone for like 1 week or end 2 days!? how will my turtle eat? or how will its tank stay clean? It will poop in its tank and get really dirty. how am i supposed to bring it places with me and how long can it stay with out eating?

When you go away for a few days, you need a pet sitter who will at least look in on your pet each day. Be sure this person knows how to clean your pet's enclosure. Leave contact information for the vet. Talk to the vet ahead of time to outline what your payment threshold is.

PS. Some staff at a vet's clinic will do pet sitting. It's a good place to start.
