My turtle has a beak looking mouth an it is a baby but I don't know what kind it is HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!

We need way more details to help you out. From your description, I would say you have a bird, but since htis is a tortoise site, that probably isn't the case. A picture would have been nice.
