what can i do for my tortoise

i have a spur leg tortoise only had her about a week the man i bought her from didnt give me her certicate. i have tryed ringing but the number is not recanised .

now my tortoise has a clear liquid coming from her nose, im worried if i take her they wont treat her and i dont wont her to die please help.
she live in a glass tank in my house temp 26.5 on one side and 25 on the other what can i do to help her she has a heat rock and 4 lights over the top off her tank.
