what kind of tortoise do I have?

Alright I found a tortoise and I'm trying to figure out what kind he is?

He doesn't have spikes like the sulcata, he just has bumps. His shell is bumpy, not nice and round and I'm not sure if that was from not getting right nutrients. Please help me :) One thing that is pretty noticeable is the round spot on the top of his head.
