What to do if my tortoise falls on her back?

Ive found my tortoise on her back twice in the past week, she keeps trying to climb up the wall and falls back. Shes got a big enough vivarium and shes only 18 months old so its not like shes too big, im scared something bad is going to happen to her when im not around to pick her back up, what can i do to help prevent this from happening?

You might not be able to prevent her from climbing, so the next best thing might be to give her what she needs to flip herself back over. I've seen suggestions like making sure that there are objects nearby for her to use for leverage to flip herself back over. I also have a friend who was concerned about this and taught her painted turtle to flip himself back over just by having him practice it a lot when she was with him.

If your turtle can see out of the vivarium, it might be trying to get out. Make sure your turtle can't see out by making the sides out of wood or something similar.
