Whimpering noises

by Sydney
(Roseville, CA)

My sulcata is about 6 1/2 years old. For the past couple of days it's been making a whimpering sound, the only way to describe it is like a baby cry or a dolphin noise. Any idea what could cause this? Should I be concerned? It's diet and housing conditions have not changed.

Whimpering noises = weezing

Respiratory problem would also be my guess. My sulcatas require a clean ARID, warm environment with good UVB lighting. It is essential for similar breeds as well. Keep their environment clean and dry as possible. Humid climates play a big factor in causing breathing problems.

Some sounds can mean a respiratory problem. Does it sound like that could be the cause?
