White specks in turtle enclosure

I was going to clean my turtle cage and I found little white specks no bigger than 1mm. They are oval shaped, does anyone know what they are?

I suspect it is part of your tortoises urine.
When they are younger and eating lots of salad greens, which contains loads of water, they start peeing ALOT. Stuff accompanied with it is the white stuff in the pee.

You may notice your tortoises probably rarely drink much compared to eating the greens. You may want to start mixing grass in their diet. Otherwise Its totally fine, just make sure you put vitamin d, calcium, and / or the mineral powder in their tortoises salads. Also refer to this site for the diet it should be on for optimal health.

Does your tortoises diet consist of lots of greens?
Bok Choy or other lettuce? How young is your tortoise?
