my terrapin turtle has discolored spots on his shell. it just started. they r cream .help me please

 Marbling?

I Would take him to the vet to be safe, but it may just be marbling, anyways go to the vet.

It would be best to take your animal to the vet. There could be in infection or a nutritional problem. The vet will know what to do.
