why does my youngest red ear slider do this?

My youngest red ear slider is Rainbow. Rainbow has not eaten for four days and slept for two whole days. Is Rainbow sick? Is it because of stress? I am worried about Rainbow. Should I take Rainbow to the vet? I am hoping to get the answer soon.
