what if you have two aquatic turtles and a fish in a tank and you get green moldy stuff all over the tank

 its completly normal

that sounds like regular fish tank algy. (not correct spelling) u can just wipe it off with a sponge, u can also visit your local pet shop and get drops to add to ur water to prevent the algy from growing. its not a big deal at all
