yellow belly turtle

my turtle has been attacked and has his leg bitten is there anything i can put into the tank to help it heal?

Yes, please see a vet. Also, keep the water extra clean while the wound heals. A vet can tell you how often to clean the tank and if you shold be putting in anything extra.
