Incubating eggs?

it hasnt happened yet but i imagine it would be fairly soon when my male and female hermanns tortoises have eggs. what is probably the cheapest, but still good quality, incubator? any other advice is appreciated scince i have no idea how to raise baby tortoises! (i thought they were both female...)
