Im not sure what type of tortise I want!I want a tortise that dosent need any water ,(ofcourse just to drink),and dosent need alot of "cleaning to do" for the tank.But Is very loving, sweet,adventurest , and caring.Can you help me?

 Hermanns vs Horsfield Tortoise

A Horsfield (Russian) tortoise is probably friendlier.

Both will do well outdoors. Horsfields need to dig, so they have to live in an enclosure that allows that.

Horsfields need a very dry environment. The Hermanns does not need an environment quite as dry. The Hermanns in the wild can live in a forest, for example-- a Mediterranean forest, but a forest, not a desert.
